  • A server fetched the signature and found it confirmed with no error.
  • The recipient’s balance for that exact mint increased in that transaction.
  • The increase was at least the amount asked for. A partial payment is not settlement.
  • The signature is the primary key of the settlements table, so one transfer settles one request and no more.
